- Windows (Screens present, cranks operational, no seal failure fog)
- Outlets (Tested for power, cover plates intact)
Mechanical (Alaska Specific)
- Thermostat (Test heat cycle)
- CO Detector (Green light/active)
- HRV Filter (Clean/Present)
- Garage Door (Safety reverse test, opener remote function)
Exterior
- Gutters (Attached, downspouts diverted 4ft from foundation)
- Driveway (Cracks, frost heaves)
- Siding (Animal damage, loose panels)
